Being a parent of two littles is no joke. I absolutely hate when it comes to 4pm and I start thinking about dinner and what to cook. If I am organised then I have meal planned for the week so it’s a little easier. We had Beef Stroganoff, which is always a family favourite, Chicken Katsu with Sweet potato fries and jasmine rice and apple and pork burgers with potato wedges. They were all so quick and easy to make and the kids ate them all! Win Win. Kids who eat are kids who are satisfied and sleep and therefore, make for very happy parents!
