Ok so if you saw my previous post then you know my eating healthy did take a dive somewhere over the long weekend. But seriously those milkshakes were too good to not have. You can see what I mean here

For some reason this week I didn’t drink much water like I normally do. I actually normally drink 2-3 litres. It was more like 1 most days this week. I have really been into making iced coffees which I think is taking away from my water consumption. I always start my day off with a hot coffee and then I have 1-2 iced coffees later throughout the day.

So I’m trying to cut back. I have also been feeling really uninspired when it comes to breakfast. I kind of just cannot be bothered making anything. So some days I have just been having toast. Which I don’t find satisfying at all.  I think I’m going to have to go to my Pinterest and get some inspiration. However I did start my week with this yummy yogurt parfait which I think I will continue eating for the rest of the week, or at least until the berries run out. Which could be tomorrow. Damn it.



As for last weeks workouts, I really feel the intensity being stepped up. My muscles were sore for two days after each session, I love that. My goals on the other hand… I can’t say I ate no junk food, and let’s be honest that goal was unrealistic for me. A lesson to be learned here, you should always make goals that you will stick to! Noah wasn’t well this week so extra cardio didn’t happen either. Lets just say not one of my goals were met. Anyway, moving on.
